Welcome to Converse, Vibe & Thrive (“CVT”). The following policies apply to all events, ticket purchases, vendor bookings, services, and related transactions through our website, mobile applications, and affiliated platforms.

Ticketing & Admission

• All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

• E-tickets or digital confirmation must be presented at entry. No physical tickets will be mailed.

• Children’s admission is only free where explicitly stated. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

• CVT reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior disrupts the safety or experience of others.

Vendor & Service Bookings

• Vendor space is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and signed agreement (if applicable).

• No refunds are provided for vendor cancellations unless the event is canceled by CVT.

• Vendors must adhere to all setup and breakdown times and follow the venue’s rules and guidelines.

• CVT is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property during events.

Cancellations, Reschedules & Force Majeure

• If an event is rescheduled, all tickets and bookings will be honored for the new date.

• If an event is canceled, ticket holders and vendors will be notified via email with refund or credit options (if applicable).

• CVT is not liable for event changes due to weather, venue restrictions, or any circumstance beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, health emergencies, strikes).

Photography & Media Use

• By attending an event, you consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

• CVT retains full rights to use event media across marketing platforms, including social media, websites, print, and press.

Code of Conduct

• We expect all attendees, vendors, and team members to treat each other with respect and kindness.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. CVT reserves the right to remove anyone violating this code without refund.

Liability Disclaimer

• Participation in any CVT event is at your own risk.

• CVT, its team, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained at any of our events or during services provided.
